FIELD POST OFFICE - F.P.O. 570
An album page, showing a postcard from a soldier, probably on national service, writing to Mum & Dad in Birmingham, the ship was sailing from Hong Kong to UK.
The card written at sea, was put ashore at Singapore, processed at FPO 570 and flown to the UK. The card would have been home about 3 weeks before the sender.
